On September 29th, 2019, get out for the 40th Annual Mt. Ashland Hill Climb Bike Race, which begins in downtown Ashland at the Plaza at the base of Lithia Park. While staying in temporary housing in Medford, climb to the Mt. Ashland ski area parking lot, with a 4600 net elevation gain. This is one of the toughest climbing events on the west coast.
